Abbotsford International Airport located about 60 km (37 mi) east of Vancouver in Abbotsford, is Vancouver’s alternate airport. The best way to reach Vancouver from Abbotsford Airport is by car — take the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 1) west. The drive will take .75-1.5 hours, depending on traffic.
